I am only leaving a 5 star review because that is the highest I can go. I purchased a 2016 Chevy Tahoe LTZ a couple days ago, it was the first car I’ve ever bought from a lot. When I got there, my salesman Scott Carlin was pulling my car in from the car wash for my test drive. I had in mind what I wanted but i never felt pressured at all while I was there. Scott gave me his full attention and allowed me to ask all the questions i could. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to sell me on the car, he just answered all my questions unbiasedly and honestly. John made the financing extremely simple and bid between banks for my lowest rate. All the associates and service staff I interacted with were extremely professional and helpful, stopping what they were doing to assist me. Things on the car that were concerns were immediately addressed and fixed on the spot or parts were ordered no questions asked. I would highly recommend Shepherd’s to anyone looking for a hassle free car buying experience. My future cars will definitely come from there. I also highly recommend Scott Carlin as your salesman.

I could not recommend Shepherd’s Chevy in North Manchester Enough. They made the car buying process a breeze. I would love to give special recognition to Scott from the sales team. He kept me updated every step of the way when it came to getting my car delivered to their dealership. He truly went above and beyond the call of duty. I was in and out of the dealership within an hour! I reached out to Scott shortly after buying my car to order a cargo protector. To make sure I didn’t have to do an hour and a half drive to the dealership, he drove my mats all the way up to South Bend and even helped me install them.
