Overall happy with them. Yesterday’s appointment was scheduled for 7:30am, I dropped the truck off Sunday evening. When I called at 1:15pm, they hadn’t even started on it.

I was looking for a Lincoln Nautilus and live in Kansas city, it took me months of research and talking to dealers near me for a good deal and great customer service. I came across this dealership which they had the best deal for the car I was looking for based in all my needs. I reached out to Caleb and he was very professional , knowledgeable and provided excellent Customer Service . Let's just say I asked for the number on the car and he provided me with all the necessary information without other bs like other dealers like to do . Caleb was amazing and he was there when I needed him, it was straight to the point and introduced me to finance office specialist John which he was straight to the point and provided clear numbers and instructions. I decided to drive there for 9 hours and was out of there in less than 45 minutes with a test drive and all information and paperwork done as I needed to head back home for another 9 hour drive . The experience with this dealership especially with Caleb and John it was quick, painless and overral amazing. In and out and if you know other dealerships they hide all the BS but this one was just simple , easy and transparent. Very satisfied with my experience with them . Excellent Customer Serice !!!!
